Lunch and Dinner Bags

When for a justified reason (work, training…) you do not arrive at the dining room shifts, you can request the cold bag for lunch or dinner, but this must be requested within a schedule.

• DURING THE WEEK IT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE TO REQUEST OR MODIFY (for the same week, for the following week)
• On Mondays before 11:00 a.m., the list of bags ordered for the entire week will be passed to the dining room.
• If for some reason you don’t want the bag, you have to let us know the day before before 11:00.

Food Bags

• When to apply: The week before
• When to pick it up: At breakfast time. If you are going to pick it up later, please let us know.
• Where to pick it up: In the dining room

Scene Bags

• When to apply: The week before
• When to pick it up:  From 7:30 p.m. If you are going to pick it up earlier, please let us know.
